Our class and program offerings are as varied as the needs of our clients. Working from the foundations of Hatha Yoga we can provide an array of different classes and workshops addressing specific physical/anatomical (e.g. hips, back, upper/lower body) or therapeutic (e.g. restorative, energizing, calming, meditation) focus. Or if you'd like a class that incorporates a little bit of everything, we offer the following:
- Basic/Intro to Yoga – New to Yoga? This is the class for you. A gentle introduction to the fundamentals of the practice, this class will expose you to many of the elementary poses and breathing techniques. Great for all levels of athletic ability. Suited to those new to Yoga.
- Gentle Hatha – A centering practice that promotes release and relaxation. A collection of postures which integrate the breath to gently increase flexibility and build strength. Great for all levels of athletic ability. Suited for all levels of yoga practitioner.
- Power Yoga – Rooted within the Ashtanga Primary series power yoga builds strength and endurance, creating heat in the body and focus in the mind. Great for those who are reasonably fit, regardless of flexibility. Class can be tailored to suit beginners to advanced.
- Vinyasa - A flowing practice which links breath to movement connecting body, mind and breath in an energizing, moving meditation. Great for all levels of athletic ability. Can be tailored to suit any level from gentle to challenging.

- Presented in a specific sequence – Begins at a high level and works deeper into the subject matter as the weeks progress.

- Conducted with a minimum number of participants
Current Programs:
- Yoga for Beginners – Learn the basics of Hatha yoga in this 5 series class which will introduce you to the core poses, and breathing techniques with an overview of the different styles of yoga giving you a comprehensive look/experience with this multi-faceted practice - Our most popular class for beginners! Highly recommended as a start to an ongoing yoga program. Price: $75 per person (includes yoga mat). Minimum of 7 persons.

Need a little more flexibility?
- Buy 1, 5 or any number of classes
- Use them whenever and wherever you like!
- We tailor all classes to the level of the students
Class pricing:
- $50 base fee + $5 per person, up to 15 students*
- Fits any level and budget!

Kids & Teens
The physical nature of yoga makes it the perfect exercise offering for kids of all ages in any environment. Kids who practice yoga learn to tune in to their bodies building self esteem and confidence as they become aware of their movements and the mind-body-breath connection. Yoga is non-competitive so children can focus on having fun, mastering themselves and celebrating their own personal achievements. It's also a great way to encourage a healthy lifestyle as they grow physically, mentally and emotionally.
We offer tailored classes from Pre-K through high school with relevant themes and concentrations:
- Pre-K – Our Pre-K classes focus on fun, fun, fun using animal and nature themes, games and music to introduce young children to what their bodies can do!
- K thru 6 – The fun continues for children K thru 6 with a deeper concentration on physical fitness and development of focus and calm. We continue with natural themes using games and introducing pose sequences to build strength, endurance and balance.
- Tweens & Teens – The challenge for this age group is both physical and mental with a deeper concentration on developing strength, focus, calm and balance, providing them with the tools they need to manage the stresses of every day teenage life while maintaining a confident and healthy body image.
- Special needs kids and teens - Yoga builds self-awareness, self-control and concentration skills, making it an invaluable tool for dealing with emotional and physical challenges and highly effective for working with special needs kids and teens of all ages. - Holistic assessment and analysis – The initial step on your path towards wellness is an exploration of the physical, emotional, lifestyle and other factors that are separating you from your highest and healthiest self. Session is approximately 60-90mins and focuses on uncovering and discussing past and current health issues and lifestyle situations, providing an overview and context for Yoga Therapy and understanding your goals for healing and wellness Price: $100 per session Includes Personal Yoga Therapy Program
- Personal Yoga Therapy Program – Your personal “prescription” for wellness, incorporating the tools of yoga and Ayurveda, designed to meet you right where you are. Included as part of the the Holistic assessment additional sessions charged at private session rates
- Private Yoga and Meditation Sessions – Personal, focused support to develop and integrate the recommended practices of yoga and meditation into your life.Price: $75 for 60min session
- Small Group Classes – Exploring healing in a community setting can be a highly beneficial and more cost effective alternative to private sessions. Small group classes provide a compassionate, focused and supportive environment in which to progress along your path to wellness. Price: Per person and per class rates available. Small group classes can be requested by a group or organization and will be priced according to our regular class rates.
