Oh no, not another one of those self-righteous, Bhagavad Gita quoting yogis with a guru complex!
Well not exactly.... Not sure who said it, but I find that this quote really sums things up well and I’m a big believer in the art and power of simplicity (why use a hundred words when seven will do just fine).
So here WE are!
I won’t go on too much but thought it might be a good idea to tell you WHO we are and what you can expect from us. So in as few words as possible, and in no particular order, we are: Yogis, parents, consumers, adventurers, creators, confused, curious, strong, empowered, foreign, domestic, compassionate, responsible, beautiful, fallible, flexible, smiling right now.
We welcome you to our “world” and look forward to sharing with you our observations, ideas, opinions, questions and…. recipes?(why not!). So stop by to see us every once in a while, don’t be a stranger. Have fun, learn something, teach something. Be who YOU are.
Just one more question…. Who are YOU?
